Required Skills:
You should have excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and possess the following knowledge and experience:
– 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing including areas such as semiconductor process engineering, semiconductor process integration engineering, yield enhancement, statistical process control, and failure analysis of semiconductor devices.
– Manufacturing process experienced with materials used in semiconductor such as dielectrics and interconnect metals, superconducting materials is a plus;
– Systems engineering and systems development;
– Operational and developmental test and evaluation;
– Functional requirements processes;
– Strategic planning process and techniques;
– A solid desire to oversee research team efforts;
– Personnel and product safety, customer focused, and ability to close out projects completely;
– Strong teaming and communication skills including leading design status communications, leadership briefings, and directing effective projects/meetings.
