National Ladder and Scaffold Co. Looking for IT Data Specialist at Madison Heights, MI Full Time

Job Description IT Data Specialist:

National Ladder & Scaffold Co. is a fourth generation, family owned and operated business since 1935. We supply quality construction and safety products to our local industry and ecommerce marketplace. We are seeking a motivated individual looking to grow professionally and be part of a great team. This position will be part of our ecommerce team reporting to the IT manager.

Responsibilities include collecting and entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, including fast typing, and an eye for detail and familiarity within spreadsheets and online forms. Experience with Digital Marketing or Google Ads a plus. Experience working within the NetSuite suite of products is also a plus, as expectations include editing information inside of the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP). You may be called upon to do general IT work such as diagnosing computer issues, setting up printers, & more.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database

· Creating & editing Excel documents & Google Sheets

· Updating various data sets which may or may not include financial

transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items, or other information.

· Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

· Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.

· Verify data accuracy and make any necessary changes to records.

· Working within the NetSuite system:

o Creating Saved Searches

o Entering Product Information & other forms of data

· Working with Sales Staff & Purchasing staff to create, optimize, & input

accurate information

· Working with a team to optimize and edit Ad Campaigns & other online

content.

· Working with a team to manage product pages on websites

· Working with a team to set up new website & pricing programs

Ideal Candidates Have:

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

· Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

· Proficient literacy and numeracy skills

· NetSuite Experience a plus

· Online Marketing or Ecommerce Experience

· Google Ads Experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time Mon – Fri 8:00 – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18 – $20 per hour based on experience
