Nao Medical is seeking a creative, innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of our growth. You will be in charge of planning and managing our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, with core responsibilities including planning digital ad and social campaigns, managing performance metrics, and keeping on top of trends.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Facilitating the growth and impact of our social media presence
• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against internal company OKRs
• Identifying trends and insights, and optimize ad spends and performance based on insights
• Brainstorming new and creative strategies
• Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and A/B conversion tests
• Collaborating with internal team to create new campaigns and initiatives
• Evaluating the end-to-end patient experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
• Help optimize and manage the digital marketing tech stack
• Provide creative leadership and perspective on our digital strategy

We are seeking individuals who like to push boundaries and work outside of the box, changing the landscape of what healthcare looks and feels like. You will be responsible for helping create an impactful presence for Nao Medical across all our digital channels and to help us grow as a leader in our field.

Who you are:

We are seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing or a related field. You should have proven digital marketing experience, with a minimum of three years experience. A key factor for success in this role is a deep knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing, tools, best practices and analytics. A background or familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus but not essential.

• Have demonstrated experience in managing SEO, email marketing, social media and display ad campaigns
