Position Summary:
The BH Specialist-APC will serve as a key member of the practice, playing a critical role in serving the behavioral health needs of our patients. The incumbent in this role provides direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, intervention, and education to a diverse population of preventative, acute care, and chronic disease management patients. This role adheres to departmental goals/objectives, standards of performance, quality patient care, and keeps current on community resources to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill client’s needs.
Minimum Requirements:
years of experience in a behavioral health or medical setting
Minimum 1 year providing therapy or counseling services
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Compensation Range:
E18 – Min: $28.94-Max: $41.64
