Summary:
As the Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing product designs in a cross-functional team environment. The Design Engineer ensures the accuracy and quality of the models, and drawings developed as part of new product launches, product improvements, quality improvements, and maintenance of existing products. In this role, you will also follow computer-aided design (CAD) standards, provide support to other departments, including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and customer service, and work directly with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and coordinate with outside resources guaranteeing the completion of out-sourced projects to company standards.
Products include electro-mechanical industrial, consumer tools, and components.
