Momofuku
Momofuku was founded by chef David Chang in 2004 with the opening of Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City. Credited with “the rise of contemporary Asian-American cuisine” by the New York Times and named the “most important restaurant in America” by Bon Appétit magazine, Momofuku has restaurants in the United States and Canada as well as a line of restaurant-grade products for home cooks.
Momofuku Noodle Bar, East Village
Momofuku Noodle Bar opened in August of 2004 in the East Village and is the first Momofuku restaurant. It serves ramen, buns, and a roster of dishes that change with the seasons.

The Momofuku Dishwasher will work to help the BOH to execute smooth service through dish and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate will be excited to be a part of the team and to uphold the Momofuku standards and values.
