Position Summary:
Your role as Marketing Coordinator will be to assist with a variety of marketing and event-based tasks as listed below. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands on professional who can thrive in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be able to operate at both the very tactical and strategic levels, helping to resolve daily issues in each function as well as building the Marketing plan to support the brand’s rapid growth. You will report directly to the Founder.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for social media community management
• Social media content creation and scheduling
• Analysis and reporting of social media analytics
• Graphic Design for packaging updates and new product development
• Photo and video support, assisting with organizing and managing shoots
• Create branded content for social media pages and .com
• Assist with consumer facing communication
• Budget management for all marketing needs

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management and marketing
• Previous experience working in event planning, social media management, analytics, content creation, and graphic design
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Well Organized.
• Strong personal & project management skills, with ability to assess needs and deliver action plans to optimize performance
• Ability to analyze social media data and communicate appropriately
• Be proficient using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft office
• Takes initiative to build rapport, establish relationships with direct contact points, and follow through on commitments.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate to achieve company goals. Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
• Takes initiative and thrives in a start-up, “get it done” environment with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work with ambiguity

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
