You will report to the designated Segment Global HR Director on a solid-line, and dotted-line to the Plant Manager at this facility location.
Primary Responsibilities
You will lead and direct the HR policies and programs, employee engagement, talent and performance management, recruitment, and employee benefits programs for our Heat Transfer Products global business. The Human Resources Director will ensure legal compliance of all company policies and programs in consideration of our mission and talent strategy.
You will be also manage the maintenance of satisfactory employee relations, oversight of the plants environmental health & safety efforts, administering benefit programs, policy interpretation and implementation, recruiting and selection of new employees, coordination of special training activities, administration of the promotion/transfer system, maintenance and custodial tasks for employee personnel files, and oversees activities of Security at our Grenada, Mississippi location.
