This position is primarily telework however you may need to do occasional visits to the office
The Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) Chief Financial Officer provides executive leadership and strategic guidance of the financial management and legislative initiatives for the Direct Care and Treatment Administration. DCT is a highly specialized healthcare system that provides services to over 12,000 clients/patient who have been committed to the commissioner of Department of Human Services (DHS) in over 200 facilities, with direct care provided by over 4800 employees. This position works in direct collaboration with the Health System CEO, while reporting up through the DHS Chief Financial Officer. Key functions of this role includes:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field of finance, accounting, healthcare finance, CPA or equivalent is required.
AND
5 years of progress/combined experience in healthcare finance management
OR
4 years of strategic level finance leadership and management experience over multiple sites/locations

DHS – DCT operates a highly specialized behavioral health care system that serves people with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. This includes psychiatric hospitals and other inpatient mental health treatment facilities; inpatient substance abuse treatment facilities; dental clinics, group homes, vocational sites, and sex offender treatment facilities.
