Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Manage all logistics responsibilities on inbound containers.
- Manage Credit Manager and provide guidance over Accounts Receivable functions.
- Manage the ERP system.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
- Lead the development of annual budgets, strategic plans and other financial forecasts.
- Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.
- Coordinate annual audit and tax returns with external CPA firm.
- Maintain banking relationships and other third-party service providers.
- Manage HR department.
Required Experience:
About You
- BA in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of related work experience, including experience managing others.
- Ability to lead by example and coach co-workers.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously.
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards.
