Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Manage all logistics responsibilities on inbound containers.
• Manage Credit Manager and provide guidance over Accounts Receivable functions.
• Manage the ERP system.
• Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
• Lead the development of annual budgets, strategic plans and other financial forecasts.
• Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax returns with external CPA firm.
• Maintain banking relationships and other third-party service providers.
• Manage HR department.

Required Experience:

About You

• BA in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience, including experience managing others.
• Ability to lead by example and coach co-workers.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously.
• Highest possible ethical and professional standards.
