You will know the chemical and extrusion industry, processes, and systems or similar business practices in research and development, with five-plus years of experience in or adjacent to a manufacturing environment. You are responsible for defining and understanding the process and formulation for PVC compounding with the potential to expand the technology into commercialization. Optimize PVC compounding with extrusion processing, material cost, and product performance. Increase the business’ testing capabilities to characterize PVC formulations. This position is an expert role geared toward increasing the company’s PVC science and knowledge and potential to grow into a technical leadership role.
