Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as the Senior Manager – Corporate Distribution Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships with global distributors, and achieving corporate distribution sales targets.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate distribution sales targets
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential global distributors
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing global distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
– Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Proven track record of success in corporate distribution sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with global distributors
– Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions – Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
– Ability to travel as required
