Job Description:
The entry level Analog Product Engineer will support and eventually lead New Product Development Teams for our POE (Power Over Ethernet) product line.
Duties include:
Prepare overall project, validation, characterization, qualification and material control plans
Participate in new product development teams, track project progress, and ensure project release to production schedule is met
Perform silicon validation and characterization using bench and ATE setups
Analyze data and prepare reports
Ensure devices are manufacturable, and are setup in production system correctly
Debug problems and present findings to the new product development team in an organized manner
Support production test flows by defining test limits, analyzing test coverage, performing root cause yield analysis, and ensuring datasheet compliance
Work with reliability team to qualify new products and new processes
Requirements/Qualifications:
BSEE or MSEE (preferred) with 0-3 years of experience
Related internship experience is desirable
Prefer Analog integrated circuits experience and/or course work
Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processing
Experience with ETS-300/364, Chroma, or similar test equipment are a plus
Ability to use lab equipment such as Oscilloscope, PS, DVM etc. for bench work
Knowledge of POE products is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Must possess excellent communication, presentation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work and excel in global team environment across different time zones

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $66,560-$128,000.*
*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
