Overview:
Administers personal care and related services in the home for the terminal patient as assigned by the Case Manager or Hospice Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: None
Experience: Six months experience working with people
Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, Current BLS Certification required before assigned to care for patients independently
Other: An interest in working with people. Complete appropriate hours and pass test required for position.
