Mead & Hunt, Inc Looking for Transportation CEI Client/Project Manager at Charlotte, NC  Full Time

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position open for a client/ project manager to join our CEI team. Responsibilities include leading business development opportunities in North Carolina to expand our CEI presence in the North Carolina market; leading CEI tasks for transportation projects; performing management tasks as required. As our practice in North Carolina grows and staff are added, this position’s responsibilities will eventually include managing the department and assigned staff. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.

The successful candidate will have all of the following:

A PE license in any state with ability to obtain in North Carolina within six months of start date
• AND a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field and at least seven years of relevant experience with two of the seven years at the project management level
• OR no degree with 11 years of relevant experience with two of the 11 years at the project management level

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Experience with construction engineering & inspection work in North Carolina (specifically with NCDOT)
• North Carolina transportation market knowledge
• Experience managing and supervising staff
• Transportation construction project administration experience
