We manufacture, assemble and test complex flow-control components and devices utilizing a wide range of production technologies including rubber, silicon and thermoplastic injection molding and finishing equipment. We are searching for an important addition to our organization – an experienced New Product Development Engineer.

Job Scope:

This individual will be responsible for new product development projects which include assisting the customer with the correct application, cost estimate phase, successful prototyping, and commercialization, while meeting customer specific requirements as well as company targets and quality standards (ISO 13485 IATF 16949).

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Bachelor in Engineering or Engineering Technology, preferably Mechanical or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in design and development of products through the commercialization process including project management.
• Working knowledge of injection molding process/tools/machines (rubber, plastic or silicone).
• Familiarity with APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, ISO 13485 IATF 16949 standards and approach are a must.
• Availability to travel and commute to global customer base and other plants for training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
