IT Support Specialist
Description
To provide IT and help desk support, responding to software / hardware, network and application issues. Provide support, maintenance and administration of software, hardware and applications. To participate as business analyst providing support and solving IT related operation problems.
Required skills:
· Network LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DCPH, DNS, VPN
· Install and administer Windows, Active Directory, Remote access.
· Help Desk Support tier 1& 2
· Must also be prepared to do physical work, such as lifting computers or equipment, and, if necessary, shift them to other locations. They would need to stoop, bend, and reach.
· To be able to provide support during nights or weekends in case it is needed.
Desirable
· Experience as Business Analysis
· Experience in SAP
· Experience in KiwiPlan
· Experience in Amtech
· Spanish speaking will be given preference
