McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational solutions, is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst that will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives. Will also be responsible for the annual merit and bonus planning cycles and responsible for participating in key compensation department initiatives to support the needs of the business.
Preferred locations are Columbus, New York City, Chicago, or Red Bank, NJ, but remote is also an option within the United States.

The pay range for this position is between $85,000 – $115,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
