YOUR LIFE AS A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

In this Site Manager position, you are critical to our company’s success as you strategically develop plans and objectives and coordinate schedules to ensure we meet our mission. As you perform a variety of site management tasks, your overall goal is to find and create strategies that produce results winning results. Putting safety at the forefront of all you do, you guide the field forces through each day of the project. In collaboration with the project team, you will be a leader in developing plans and schedules for our projects that ensure we produce high-quality products while optimizing profits.

You diligently oversee and document the progress of our projects, quickly resolving issues as they arise. Customer satisfaction is your top priority, so you regularly meet with our clients to keep them informed on the project’s progress. You take pride in effectively coordinating our construction projects and helping us produce impressive results!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction; or the equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the role.
• Proven ability to accurately schedule construction activities or projects.
• Experience using computerized and manual project management controls, scheduling, and planning systems
• Experience constructing, modifying, or erecting civil, mechanical, or steel structures in an industrial setting
• Willing to build projects at various locations throughout the Country.
