The Human Resource Sr. Manager leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department including administering performance and compensation programs (Focal Point and the quarterly incentive), supporting benefit and wellness initiatives, enforcing company policies and practices, and spear-heading HR initiatives to support business operations. The HR Sr. Manager works with programs to promote Corporate Learning and Development opportunities or create programs and training where needed. The HR Sr. Manager oversees all HR-aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes.

The Sr. Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions to ensure high quality and effective human resources operations and administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide oversight for all human resources functions and serve as the corporate interface for the coordination of all human resources and payroll activities. – Direct recruitment and hiring efforts to maintain compliance with company policies and meet departmental needs; provide information and assistance to job applicants. – Develop, update and communicate human resources policies and procedures
– Track employee satisfaction initiates processes to improve employee satisfaction and make certain employee grievances are addressed in a timely manner.-Â Maintain personnel data including employment and other pertinent information and maintain the privacy and security of employee information, files, and performance reviews.- Participate in the development, delivery, and coordination of training activities at all levels to make certain that staff are knowledgeable regarding the critical functions of their job, as well as corporate requirements pertaining to human resources.- Review and make recommendations on salary, bonuses, and awards.- Oversee the development and distribution of human resources reports.- Provide direct supervision for the Human Resources department and provide staff and management counseling.-Â Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the human resources field- 3 years supervisory experience; demonstrated track record managing human resources staffÂ
– Demonstrated track record of recruitment and benefits administration experience- Experience managing human resources activities for health and human services call centers – Extensive knowledge of personnel and human resources practices; excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously – Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently- Ability to use a personal computer – Mastery of basic Human Resources core principles – Excellent training development and delivery skills- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
– Strong analytical skillset and experience leading and executing complex research and project initiatives- Strong attention to detail- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Proficiency in MS Office software required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
