Job Duties:
As you might expect, product repair will be at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Builds a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports
- Maintain goal of units completed per day/week via reporting
- Ensure all site staff receive training on tool and welding safety and proper product repair procedures
- Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards
- Maintain effective working relationships with Site Operations Manager and all team members.
- Ensure Redlist usage in assigned areas
Requirements
- You must be 18 years old.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Experience working with tools and spot welding preferred, but not required
- Be comfortable in a busy warehouse setting.
- Be comfortable working at variable temperatures.
- Former warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Previous construction and/or trucking/distribution center experience preferred but not required
- Forklift operator experience preferred but not required
Shift Options
- Sunday-Wednesday 7am-5:30pm
- Wednesday- Saturday 7am-5:30pm
- Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-4:30am
- Wednesday-Saturday 6pm-4:30am
