Welcome to Make Waves! We’re serving up sunshine with boba, smoothies, and acai bowls inside the brand new 3rd St. Market Hall downtown Milwaukee. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic part time employees, exceptional customer service skills, a passion for food service and someone who thrives in a fast paced work environment. Food service experience preferred, but happy to train the right candidate!

Current positions open:
– Restaurant Team Member: Combination of food prep & customer service. You will prepare food such as smoothies, boba tea, wraps, and acai bowls as well as interact with customers placing orders

Hourly Starting Rate:
Team Members:
$15/HR Guaranteed Minimum with a $10 / HR base + tips. Employees hourly rate never fall below $15 / HR as we will make up any difference in tips.

On average, tips are between $5 / HR – $7 / HR.
