Lutheran Life Communities is growing their Information Technology Team, and is seeking an experienced Desktop Analyst to provide second level/escalated support to team members and communities.

Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science preferred or 3 years equivalent experience.
- Experience managing an IT service desk.
- Advanced level Windows system administration skill.
- Skill with VPN client deployment and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- A team player with strong communication and written skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience providing IT support in healthcare industry
