Full Job Description
The Marketing Specialist focuses on driving marketing qualified leads and opportunities for the Americas region aligned to regional business priorities. This role will create campaigns working closely with through all functional marketing areas. They will work closely with strategy and planning colleagues to ensure the solutions/audiences he/she is responsible for are supported with well-informed and innovative marketing programs that effectively deliver a return on our marketing investment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing operations – Leverage marketing automation tools to execute marketing campaigns and compile analytics and reporting.
Campaign development – Develop customer focused marketing campaigns to drive engagement. Analyze and measure the performance to improve reach and effectiveness.
Partner communications and support – Collaborate with strategic partners on joint activities that drive leads and opportunities.
Global collaboration – Use work developed by marketing strategy and Content colleagues and adopt campaign standards to the Americas region. Influence and collaborate with colleagues beyond the reporting line to maximize the campaign impact and results.
Budgeting – Manage and monitor dedicated marketing spend, optimize marketing results with clear ROI reporting.
Metrics – Track key metrics and KPIs and ensuring all established marketing goals, business objectives and deliverables are met.
Event management – For NY events and other regional events along with managing process and setting best practices for the Americas team.
US and possible Canada travel required.
