About the team:
Our Human Resources team is currently comprised of 7 team members whom work across our multiple offices throughout the country. We are a dynamic, collaborative team that is responsible for ensuring best class service in all areas within Human Resources that include, but are not limited to Benefits/Wellness, Compensation/Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
We are looking to expand our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and our mission is to attract, hire, and retain top talent in both Corporate and College/University efforts to support the rapid growth of LS Power. We are here to provide each candidate with a seamless interview experience and be an invaluable partner to our internal stakeholders while having fun doing it!
About the role:
We are currently seeking a smart, driven, collaborative, and fun addition to our Talent Acquisition team! The role can sit either in St. Louis, MO or Austin, TX office and will be a hybrid work schedule. As the Talent Acquisition & Campus Administrator, you are an integral part of the team and keep the recruiting process moving. You will interact closely with our Hiring Managers, College and University Relations contacts, Talent Acquisition Manager, and candidates to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews across multiple business units and locations,support in preporation of offer letters, conducting reference checks and background checks. In addition, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager and have administrative and recruiting responsibilities including jobdescriptioncreation and posting along with sourcing, reviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to present to the hiring teams. You will be focused on providing a high quality of HR support while being an enthusiastic team player. Travel to the NJ office is required at least once a quarter, along with travel to our other office locations and/or recruitment and College University events will be necessary.
