Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Support all Aftermarket manufacturing requirements support on-time delivery.Manage customer backlog through on-time delivery, maximize sales revenues and minimizing order cycle times.Expedite and coordinate the supply plan to support distribution schedule. Timely release and completion of Work Orders to support customer delivery commitments.Manage and communicate the WIP priorities to support capacity constraints and on-time delivery.Analyze Work Order cost variances with timely resolution.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of WIP inventory.Expedite and communicate component shortages to resolve material availability constraints.Effectively implements ECO activity.Process MRB designated de-kitPerform material analysis using advance planning systems for expedited delivery requests.Follow all ISO documented procedures and make recommendations to improve processes.Responsible for meeting department performance objectives.Develop and communicate reports as required.Other duties may be assigned.Competencies:In addition to demonstrating Axcelis Attributes and Behaviors theemployee will be subject to all Axcelis employee policies and to bothquantitative and qualitative assessments of performance.Additional competencies required to be successful in this job include:Action oriented, self-motivated and can work independentlyTeam player able to seamlessly transition workload from shift to shift.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily.
