Our ideal candidate has experience executing product marketing campaigns that inspire the tech world.

You will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that drive traffic through the sales funnel, as well as assisting in the development of longer-term campaign strategies.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop delivery plans for all marketing campaign activity, encompassing resourcing, timing, and costs
• Manage all executable campaign activity from inception to full delivery
• Take responsibility for the efficient upkeep and operation of all ‘owned’ and ‘earned’ environments: website, social platforms, Shopify store, etc.
• Act as the key contact with all external agency partners, overseeing and managing the totality of their output
• Assist in the origination, production, and repurposing of all content
• Oversee all CRM activity across the customer journey, executing and refining accordingly
• Develop a good understanding, and manage key elements of, the company’s ad-tech infrastructure: Google Analytics, Hubspot, Attentive, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date repository of all marketing-related content: image bank, standard narratives, product descriptions, product specs, etc.
• Be responsible for monitoring, and reporting on, all aspects of marketing performance, drawing upon data from multiple sources
• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline
• 4+ years of product/content/digital marketing experience (B2C ecommerce required)
• Channel management (owned and earned), SEO, SEM, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Project management skills with a focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads, and sales
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
• Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
• End-user mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
• Ability to analyze and present data on performance
