Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our remodeling company in developing and managing our current campaigns. An ideal applicant would bring creative energy, zeal, and a strong foundational understanding of managing marketing campaigns.

Ability to work remotely with flexible hours as well as generous compensation. This role could be as an independent contractor or part-time employee.

Responsibilities

• Support and produce marketing content for various projects

• Conduct market research and run analytical reports

• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web

analytics, rankings etc.)

• Organize digital campaigns and manage them to facilitate their success

• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

• Write marketing literature (blog posts, monthly newsletters, etc.) to augment the

• company’s presence in the market

• Photography and videography as well as editing as required by the project

• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

• Design and manage branding, advertising, print materials, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

• Communicating in a professional manner to anyone on a job site

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

• Excellent knowledge of Google platforms, MS Office, editing software, marketing

computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google

Adwords etc.)

• Understand social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Houzz, Pinterest,

YouTube, and NextDoor

• Exquisite communication and people skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direct others for results as

needed.

• Live in the Central New Hampshire area due to onsite content creation required at times

• High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

$22-30/hour based on experience

Possible full time position with additional responsibilities available with benefits for the right candidate.
