ROLE DESCRIPTION

Gap International is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a central role in marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for leading numerous marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition. You will be an essential partner to generate demand, leveraging data to create powerful touchpoints for each stage of the marketing funnel. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the go-to-person for the CRM Marketing environment
• Manage the MQL process, including lead attribution model
• Partner with Sales leaders to create and execute lead gen and nurturing strategies
• Manage and execute marketing and sales email campaigns within CRM
• Assess the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking and analyzing campaign data; leverage this data to impact engagement
• Execute website strategy to maximize value & conversions; manage website analytics
• Execute SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate degree required
• Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrable experience with various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and content management systems
• Demonstrable experience with multi-touch lead attribution tools
• Demonstrable experience in managing SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing campaigns
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, nimble learner, with ongoing drive to improve processes and efficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize various projects based on changing business requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,506.00 – $170,504.00 per year
