Job Summary:
Supports the department leadership in the oversight of clinical and administrative operations in alignment with professional, departmental, network, regulatory, governmental, and third-party standards.

Education – Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field.
Experience – Required:
- 3 years clinical experience in a mental health setting with history of demonstrated skills in supervisory or administrative activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Demonstrated clinical, supervisory, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Licensure – Required:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Required in Outpatient (except LCSW mandatory in Mental Health Clinics) Upon Hire or
- Licensed Professional Counselor Required in Outpatient (except LPC ineligible for Mental Health Clinics) Upon Hire
Influenza vaccination is required at most LVHN facilities for all colleagues with patient contact unless medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious belief or practice, and is strongly encouraged for all colleagues. Applicants possessing a medical marijuana card will not be considered for safety sensitive positions.
