Job Summary: Under general direction configures, supports and maintains servers, Azure Tenant, network devices, maintains employee Azure domain accounts’ monitors network and critical system and responds to outages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation, and maintenance for Teams and Sharepoint
• Provide training to end users on M365, Teams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint
• Configuration and maintenance of Networked Servers & Virtual Environment (VMware &VDI) & Azure Cloud
• Provide technical administration and support for PowerBI
• General technical support for all business systems’ software & hardware
• Second level support to Help Desk Technician
• General technical support of network services

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Configuration Control & Patch Management of network devices
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue escalations for Specialized Application and or Cloud-based Services, Payroll, Time & Attendance System, Facility Access, and Banking Applications
• User Account Administration (Network, Email, Application)
• Provide technical administration and support for IT security systems including: Firewall, VPN, Intrusion Prevention System (IDS/IPS), Threat Detection and Identification, Email Span/Phishing protection and network connection
• Monitor and maintain a baseline configuration for development, test and production servers
• Develop, maintain and routinely test OS and device recovery processes
• Maintain software licensing and libraries
• Maintain system documentation
• Respond to new security threats, facilitate incident response, and investigate possible breaches

Technical Skills: Expertise with the following tools and technologies

• M365, Teams, Sharepoint administration
• Azure Cloud
• PowerBI
• VMware ESXI
• Microsoft Server administration including:
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • SHCP
  • Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • WSUS
  • Radius
• Networking principals including:
  • IP addressing
  • Subnets
  • Routing
  • Switching
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL server, database server administration, (database backup, restore, maintenance plans, ODBC)
• Understanding pf Cybersecurity tools (Helix endpoint, FireEye, etc.) monitoring and configuration
• Experience with EPICOR is a big plus

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor of Science from an accredited 4-year college or technical school
• Five (5) to seven (7) years related experience and/or training
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
