LBMC Technology Solutions is currently seeking to fill an afterhours Support Engineer Tier 1 position. This is a great position for junior IT professionals that are passionate about IT, enjoy helping people and are good working second/third shift. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, high levels of integrity and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to an individual’s capacity for understanding. The right person for this role must be capable of maintaining focus, completing task loads and responding to customer requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision during the night shift. Candidates should have experience supporting Windows Server and desktop environments and Apple products. Candidates should have the capability to manage security solutions and performing basic remediation activities. Experience with firewalls, cloud technologies (i.e. Office 365, AWS, Azure) and networking is a plus.
