In this role you’ll be key in inspiring people to awaken and electrify their sexuality and relationships in epic ways.

The Role

• Driving the development and execution of our consumer growth marketing channels and sales strategy for Layla Martin
• Creating and managing sales and marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets
• Deep understanding of our target demographic and psychographics, translating this into meaningful and effective marketing programs
• Optimizing the effectiveness of existing channels such as email campaign strategy, paid media, owned media, and earned media
• Managing SEO/SEM initiatives, marketing database, email strategy and segmentation, paid media, and owned media
• Thinking creatively and identifying new channels to drive program enrollment
• Overseeing paid media partners to ensure tactical execution of paid programs and managing return on ad spend (ROAS) across performance channels
• Analyzing data to identify ways to boost conversion of program enrollment
• Monitoring/maintaining reporting to ensure campaigns are consistently optimized towards monthly and quarterly targets
• Overseeing all aspects of marketing engagement to drive conversion
• Running regular experiments and A/B tests to test marketing effectiveness and hypotheses
• Maintaining cohesive brand alignment to increase awareness and trust
• Keeping up to date on marketing trends to test new strategies
• Supporting the marketing team with strong leadership and project management

About You

• You are excited about helping us up-level this company, our existing products, new product launches, and our sales and marketing efforts.
• A true integrated marketer…you know digital sales and marketing funnels inside out but are also well versed in creative direction, branding, PR, product marketing, direct marketing, sales promotion and partnership building.
• You have a proven track record, planning and executing highly profitable digital campaigns and growth initiatives
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills with the ability to successfully motivate, mentor and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization
• Extremely strategic, able to clearly see how all competing bits of the marketing puzzle can come together in the most sustainable and profitable way for the business and the team
• Highly analytical; able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics to approach marketing strategy and spend
• Self-starter, able to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and meet deadlines
• The majority of your work hours will overlap with standard USA working hours and you’re able to work remotely using high-speed internet
• Flexibility to adapt work schedule to align with peak periods and demands of our business
• You value and champion inclusion work including anti-racism, LGBTQ+ allyship, understanding ableism, etc.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in Marketing or Business (or related field) encouraged but not required
• Minimum of 4 years of proven digital marketing experience; managing digital campaigns to acquire & engage users throughout the funnel (i.e. email marketing, content creation, social media, online advertising, SEO, blogging, etc.)
• Expertise in creating complex digital sales funnels
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills (longform emails, conversion copy, ads, etc.)
• Experienced in managing remote teams and complex, time sensitive projects
• Superior skills in Google Suite, cloud-based intelligence tools and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
