Axium Inspections, a leading home inspection company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Radon Mitigation Service Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As the Radon Mitigation Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the radon mitigation services provided by Axium Inspections.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Lead and manage a team of radon mitigation technicians, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of radon mitigation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of radon mitigation systems.
• Interact with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction with radon mitigation services.
• Stay abreast of radon mitigation regulations and standards, ensuring that all projects comply with relevant guidelines.
• Manage the budget for radon mitigation projects, including cost estimation and financial tracking.
• Actively participate in the recruitment process of Radon Mitigation technicians.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Colorado Radon Mitigation License (Radon Mitigation Specialist designation)
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Reliable transportation for In-Market travel

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing client relationships and addressing client concerns.
