Axium Inspections is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Inspector Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the activities of our inspection team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home inspections, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• As the day-to-day liaison for  a team of 5-7 home inspectors, the Inspector Team Lead will provide in-field guidance, support, and mentorship.  
• Ensure that all home inspections meet company standards and adhere to industry regulations.
• Conduct in-field training for new inspectors and ongoing professional development for the team.
• Provides motivation and training for increased in-field upgrades.
• Review inspection reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company protocols, including weekly report/review for QA and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Address and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during the inspection process.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of home inspection processes, codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and client interaction.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring a positive experience.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• InterNACHI certified home inspector.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home inspections.
• Valid driver’s license. 
• Reliable transportation for In-Market travel.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Additional certifications in related areas (e.g., Radon, Mold, etc.).
• Familiarity with inspection software and technology.
• Experience in managing client relationships and addressing client concerns.
