Texas Counsel Attorney: Civil Litigation (Part-time, Contract-Local Remote Position)
Texas law firm has immediate openings for
ATTORNEYS ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS who seek to work part-time, locally in their geographic area of residence, and remotely. Opportunities available in each of the following counties:
- Dallas-Fort Worth
- Dallas County
- Collin County
- Denton County
- Tarrant County
Applicants for the position of Counsel Attorney must be competent to assume full responsibility for the handling of general civil and commercial litigation matters, family law matters, and other legal matters which Counsel Attorney chooses to accept.
To be considered, applicants must (no exceptions):
- Reside in the Texas County/geographic area listed above;
- Be licensed to practice law by, and in good-standing with, the Texas State Bar;
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant litigation experience;
- Be responsible and professional;
- Possess the knowledge and experience needed to work independently and without supervision;
- Be willing to work on the Firm’s cases by: (a) assisting the Firm with court appearances and other routine case/client services, and, as needed, (b) serve as lead attorney for Firm in litigation matters.
Counsel Attorneys are NOT associate attorneys who are constrained by the structure of a traditional law firm. Counsel Attorneys work at the times of their choosing; work as much (or as little) as they would like; and work from home or any other suitable location.
Attorneys who are invited to join the Firm must be experienced, responsible and motivated “self-starters,” who are “client-service” oriented.
