This New Grad Engineering opportunity will be located in Florence, CO.
Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Preparing estimates and budgets
- Creating accurate project specifications
- Designing engineering experiments
- Creating technical reports
- Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues
- Finishing projects on time and within budget
- Communicating with clients and coworkers about analysis results
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
We’re Looking for:
- Recent graduates with their Bachelor’s degree in the field of
mechanical or electrical engineering - Relevant intern/co-op experience; 0 – 3 years
The Right Candidate for this Role:
- Self-starter; initiates action and is a highly motivated team player
- Strong planning and organizational skills and able to communicate technical information to non-technical team members
- Ability to grow with the company into positions of increasing responsibility
- Flexible planning and scheduling skills to be able to execute necessary jobs in an environment of variable equipment availability
- Demonstrated technical / professional knowledge
- Resourceful and innovative
- Strong and effective written and oral communication skills
