Responsibilities:
Provide onsite supervision to successfully commission new equipment
Perform onsite operator and maintenance training
Develop customized maintenance programs as required for new equipment
Provide technical support to customers at all stages of equipment life cycle
Maintain field assessments for continuous improvement
Job Duties:
Assist customers with technical inquiries via phone, email, and onsite visits
Coordinate with product support and engineering teams to implement product improvements
Conduct periodic customer check ins to assess equipment health
Develop training per vehicle per work location
Experience and Qualifications:
2 or 4 year technical education in heavy equipment
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in heavy mobile equipment service and repair
Understanding of hydraulic and electrical control systems
