to hire a key member of our HR Team at our Panama City, FL location.
The HR Business Partner, reports to the Divisional HR Manager, and is a senior professional responsible for independently managing all functions of the site Human Resource needs, providing tactical and strategic counsel to Leadership, and supporting continuous improvement and best practice process management.
This position will be onsite at our Plant Facility in Panama City and may require up to 15% travel. This position requires support and frequent interaction inside the plant and successful applicants should be able to flex work environment and influence seamlessly from a plant environment to an office environment.
