Korzen Health is working with one of the nation’s leading Home Healthcare Agencies.

We are looking to hire a newly created position for Chief Growth Officer.

The organization is a Private Company without all of the layers of a large corporation!

This new executive will provide leadership for all aspects of the company’s strategic growth with an emphasis on long-term goals , census growth, territory expansion, contract and rate negotiations, and profits.

Some of the highlights include:

– Executive will work within the state of Florida and help with mergers/acquisitions and growth of our service lines.

– Work with the executive team to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans.

– Develops a strategy for expansion and growth into the Florida market.

– Oversee the marketing strategy for each company, including hiring, training, and directing the marketing team, establishing KPI’s, expectations, objectives and regular meetings with the team.

– Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s growth and objectives to the executive team.

Compensation:

High Base Compensation + Bonus, 401K, PTO, Full Healthcare benefits.
