This person should comprehend and conceptualize methodologies to communicate a brand image that drives sales in an overall transactional system; should be a creative, competent writer and create and arrange impactful photography for the company website and other communications vehicles that drive sales; and, should be technologically current in general.

SALES ASSISTANCE

• Assists supervisor and Sales departments with sales activities.
• Schedules meetings and arrange travel details.
• Follows up and assist with qualifying leads.
• Gathers information from prospects for market research purposes.
• Travels as needed for meetings and tradeshow events assigned.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
• Assists with building prospecting lists for sales lead generation.
• Provides sales and technical support to customers.
• Updates customer information in CRM software.

MARKETING ASSISTANCE

• Supports supervisor and Sales departments with marketing activities.
• Assists with developing content marketing such as blogs, video blogs, and e-newsletters.
• Actively posts on social media websites to generate Company brand image and awareness.
• Creates marketing materials such as webinars, flyers, and white papers.
• Develops digital marketing material such as promotional banners, online ads, and landing pages.
• Assists with project management with vendors to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Develops marketing campaigns that develop Company’s brand image with current and new customers.
• Researches read and gathers information about fire sprinklers and related products.
• Updates and distributes materials regarding our products and promotions.
• Responsible for end to end setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to reviewing images, confirming inventory, updating filters, coordinating copy, product data uploads, reviewing default colors and categories, style activation,
• Plan campaigns for holidays, newsletter promotions
• Assist in writing product descriptions and updating products on a daily basis
• Assist in photography for products on a daily basis
• Responsible for approving and publishing product reviews in a timely manner Ensure promotions and markdowns are executed properly on site.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques are plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Excellent skills in the areas of communication and presentation.
• Self-motivated and driven
• Proficient use of computer programs٫ including MS Office٫ web analytics and Google AdWords.
• Proficient in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the brand lifestyle industry, work within a vertical eCommerce environment and for a brand that operates in all channels of wholesale,retail, eCommerce and marketplaces.

Following Skills are a Plus

• 2-3 years of marketing or eCommerce merchandising experience
• Experience with WooCommerce
• Experience editing and producing video content
• Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
• Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think both strategically and creatively
• Solution-driven problem solver
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute to timelines and provide timely solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
