We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Campaign Manager, Paid Social to work with our incredibly talented team, building and running paid social media campaigns for internationally renowned clients like Stanford University, UCSF and Affirm.
Kiosk offers flexible working, with the option to work fully remote (based within the US), or to work a hybrid schedule from our office in Novato. This is a full-time position.
What you will do:
Paid Social
- Set up new Paid Social campaigns, including: Account set up; campaign set up; tracking pixels, ad copywriting; report buildout; bid management set up; QA
- Analyze and optimize campaigns on a daily basis
- Collaborate on creative testing strategies
- Research and understand audience groups, demographics, geos, and motivations
- Develop audience personas that inform client campaigns
- Brief in, or help to devise creative and copy for paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media channels
- Spot trends, opportunities and problems, and work with the Senior Social Campaign Manager to decide how to respond proactively
- Manage paid social advertising budgets to predefined cost per lead metrics, and monitor the pacing of ad budgets
- Monitor and track social media program results and prepare reports and provide insights on those findings
- As required, create more in-depth reports to understand performance of various campaigns and provide insights to colleagues
- Present performance metrics to Kiosk’s clients, including providing insights into the numbers and making recommendations for campaign optimizations
- Attend brainstorms and meetings to help come up with new ideas
General:
- Manage and mentor junior team members, and help them to develop
- Prepare for and attend new business pitches on behalf of the Social team
- Carry out online client, competitor, market and product research to fully understand the subject matter and marketing opportunities
- Update project plans and work back schedules
- Pursue relevant certifications and ongoing professional development and training
- Stay current on social technologies and platforms
What you will need (Skills and Requirements):
- Must have previous hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns, ideally agency-side
- Working knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
- An affinity for data and metrics, and ability to derive insights from the data
- Basic MS Excel skills and familiarity with Google Docs
- Ability to generate creative ideas
- Presentation skills
- Good understanding of social media channels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm to do great work with a great team!
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Marketing or relevant field
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience with managing paid advertising campaigns on Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok and/or YouTube
