Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and reporting support to the Hospital Division’s Talent Acquisition department. Responsible for proactive sourcing of candidates. Builds relationships and executes sourcing strategies. Identifies potential candidates to develop and maintain a qualified candidate pool. Develop processes that will assist in the hiring and onboarding of candidates to meet Division objectives and is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for recruiting. Will also provide support for specific projects when requested. Perform a variety of tasks and work under general supervision.
