Full Job Description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our busy, fast-paced team. The right individual for this position will be capable of handling large amounts of incoming calls and providing efficient, courteous service to our clients. Our ideal candidate is able to communicate clearly and effectively while working independently and with team members in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed all sales targets.
- Take customer orders.
- Process customer payments.
- Provide customers with information on products.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Ask questions to assess customers’ needs and provide assistance.
- Retrieve or read information from a computer terminal, paper file, or document to inform customers and respond to their inquiries.

Salary: $750.00 per week
