The Kentucky Division for Air Quality’s mission is to protect human health and the environment by achieving and maintaining acceptable air quality for all Kentuckians. The Source Sampling Section in the Technical Services Branch is responsible for auditing source stack tests and continuous emission monitoring test data to ensure that the methods used comply with federal and state standards.
The Environmental Engineer Assistant I will perform beginning level audits of compliance tests of air pollution sources and emission monitor certification/relative accuracy tests to ensure proper test and engineering practices.
