Job summary:
Our client is seeking an instructional designer to create & implement a sustainable badging and onboarding program for employees within our IT User Support department. This position will coordinate with User Experience team members and stakeholders to build upon current IT training modules to design, create and implement a holistic badging program focused on customer service and mastery of multiple support mechanisms throughout our IT Service Desk. This program will more efficiently onboard new team members into multiple areas of the IT Service Desk in a consistent way and allow for a way to review & measure performance during our probation period and beyond.
