Kelly is looking for a Mill/Inline Operator to work at a premier Automotive client in New Lexington. Compensation is $19.50 per hour + shift differential. Shift is either 2nd 3pm-11pm (Mon-Fri) or 3rd 11 PM – 7 AM (Sun – Thru) $19.85/hr. Opportunity to train on first shift before moving to either 2nd or 3rd shift. Work in a premier Automotive Company. Chance to gain experience in operating manufacturing equipment. Participate in safety programs and follow established safety procedures.

Responsibilities
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment to produce thermoformed parts to specification.
• Ensuring maximum efficiency of setup to include set-up time, materials, production rate, and material consumption.
• Inspecting machinery, equipment, and tooling prior to setup.
• Identifying issues, which adversely affect product requirements and communicating with appropriate department personnel for resolution.
• Ensuring part quality meets established standards.
• Performing housekeeping duties.
• Completing all shift documentation/paperwork.
• Participating in safety programs and following all established safety procedures.
• Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Requirements
• Have at least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience.
• Possess mechanical aptitude.
• Can read, write, and speak English to meet training, safety, and quality requirements.
• Have experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Able to lift 10lbs continuously, 11-30lbs regularly, and 31-50lbs occasionally.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and twist.
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift.
