Responsibilities
• Operating assigned machines, including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses
• Completing the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment
• Meeting production requirements consistently
• Recognizing and correcting unsafe or defective products
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Filling out documentation such as process monitors and production tickets
• Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least one year of related experience
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure
• Knowledge of safety operating procedures and equipment
