Provide technical support to a Global organization, internal and external users of desktop applications and hardware. Answer questions related to procedures, transactions, and system status all while interacting with peers to assist in restoring service, usability and identifying problems. Under general supervision and occasional direct supervision, perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within information technology. Must display core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Strong customer service, typing and the ability to multi-task, are a must.
This position can be performed remotely, however, occasional time within the KBR office may be necessary.
Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
