The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the effective development & execution of Human Resources strategies within the KSB business in U.S. including, but not limited to providing coaching to leaders, employee retention and engagement, employee development and succession planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and expertise for Human Resources function including, but not limited to employee relations and engagement, employee benefits, compensation, employee development, organizational design and communications to employees.
Leads execution of HR performance expectations, evaluates performance and provides coaching and development opportunities for HR staff in the US.
Collaborates with leadership to define workforce and hiring plans and develops/executes strategy for recruiting high caliber talent.
Develop and execute employee relations strategy to ensure a positive, collaborative work environment of fairness, consistency and employee advocacy.
Ensure that routine and complex employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved to drive a work environment that is compliant with Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Coach, advise, counsel, and provide candid constructive feedback to People Leaders.
Serve as a point of contact on HR topics, questions and issues for all employees and managers.
Collaborates with Environmental, Health and Safety to emphasize a safety culture and supports a safe and secure work environment that also complies with regulatory requirements.
Develop Human Resources plans in support of key business needs in dynamic, changing environment and develop/implement appropriate change management plans as required.
Identifies learning and development needs and develops/implements initiatives specific to business to address skill gaps; Consults with learning & development organization in the development of programs.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college/university in Human Resources or related degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years prior professional work experience in Human Resources
